1.TITLE-Tag: If you have basic HTML-knowledge, then you will know about the TITLE-Tag. We place it in the HEAD-Tag of the website. This tag has a siginificat mеaning for the optimizing. If you have a keyword between your TITLE tags that competing pages don’t have, you have a good chance of getting at or near the top of the search results. This means it is one of the most important components as far as search engines are concerned. So choose some keywords carefully (40 to 60 characters, that includes spaces) and place them between the TITLE-Tags.

2.Meta-Tags: Some people say that the Meta-Tags are dead. But some search engines still search for them and I can only recommend them. There are some really important of them:

DESCRIPTION Meta-Tag: The DESCRIPTION meta tag describes the Web page to the search engines. This tag is pretty important, so you should use it. Place it immediately below the TITLE tags and then create a nice keyworded description of up to 250 characters (includes spaces). Some of the search engines do index this tag (Google as well). 5.The Structure Of Directory: My advice is to keep a flat directory structure in your Web site — keep your pages as close to the root domain as possible, its much better than having a complex structure. The search engine makes difference and weights more highly not so complicated directory.

6.Formatting Of Text: About the text formatting there are few simple rules. Make the keywords sometimes bold, sometimes italic, sometimes underline them and use bullet lists ("ul" and "li" Tags). Also you should use the H-Tags (h1, h2, ...). These Header-Tags are really powerfull and google likes them pretty much.

7.Creating links: Keywords placed in the link text for every link will improve your internal linking. Internal Linking is the way you link to other pages within your own website.
